Nicholas is a Registered Psychologist in Dubbo, New South Wales. With over two decades of residence in the Western Plains region, he has extensive expertise in psychological assessment, clinical interviewing, intervention and reporting. His background as an educator—formerly teaching from early primary through to HSC English and sessional lecturing at Charles Sturt University—further informs his nuanced understanding of human development and behaviour.

Nicholas works with children, adolescents, adults, carers, and individuals engaged with disability services, non-government organisations, private enterprise, and educational institutions with a focus on conducting comprehensive psychological assessments. He provides psychological services to NDIS Participants, Workers Compensation clients, schools, and private individuals across the lifespan. His proficiency in clinical interviewing is integral to his work in family law matters, ensuring that reports and assessments contribute to informed decision-making in family law and other judicial processes. His professional interests include psychometric testing, behavioural analysis, risk assessment, positive behaviour support and the intersection of psychology with legal and forensic contexts.

FULL REPORT

Availability: October 2025

Fees: $15,000.00 + GST

Turnaround Time: Six to Eight weeks

Scope: Includes interviews, background reading material including subpoenaed documents (up to 500 pages - additional fee of $250 + GST per hundred pages thereafter), and may also include psychometric testing of personality. _________________________________________________________________________________________


CHILD IMPACT REPORT/SHORT FORM REPORT

Availability: October 2025

Fees: $4,900.00 + GST

Turnaround Time: Six to Eight weeks

Scope: Brief interviews with parents and subject children. This brief Child Impact Report does not include extensive background reading or reading of any subpoenaed documents, however, we request the following documents no later than two weeks prior to interviews taking place:


  • Letter of joint instruction

  • Affidavit from each party or a one-page summary of events to date

  • Copy of the most recent court orders if applicable


Please note that Child Impact Reports are not suitable for complex matters in which there are allegations of violence or abuse to be investigated. They are brief assessments of how the children are currently functioning and will not have the scope to investigate, substantiate or refute allegations.

MENTAL HEALTH ASSESSMENT

Availability: September 2025

Fees: $4,000.00 + GST per adult to be assessed

Turnaround Time: Four-weeks

Scope/process: Per adult to be assessed - clinical interviews and the client to undergo a psychometric assessment of personality.
