Deleting Transcripts
Happy 2026 everyone. In this new world of transcript to help with notes, I say in my Terms and conditions that i may use transcription services and that I will be deleting these files once I have reviewed what I need for the report draft.
I have had my first email (prob first of many) saying they want the recordings which have now been deleted and I am sure they will be angry when I tell them this and point them back to the Terms.
I guess my question is around if we can do this as in delete them or really should it all be kept, there is no way I want it to be a thing that they can request, as in the whole interview, I feel that we should be protected with that but what are people views, what are others doing and how will we get around this so we are not reported....
Of course, not doing anything wrong in the interview but we have to have something that are protected don't we?


It's a very interesting new world with all of this and it's gonna be interesting where it goes
