Just a vent!
Getting a shit Google review when the parent actually got the recommendations that they wanted!!!! If you cannot keep these parents happy, there is no hope!!! I know it happens, but they still really upset me when I get them, human, I guess!

I feel your frustration!! After much thinking about how to manage Google reviews (pay a service to delete the bad ones, resetting every now and again --cheaper, though you get rid of the good ones too unfortunately) i have resigned myself to accepting that someone is always going to be unhappy! And happily having mixed Google reviews doesnt seem to affect business too much...when it does, I may have to revisit!!
